7 years and one national election later the issues of 9/11 victims are still hanging in the air. 

Does making a memorial with too many details the only way to make a relative free of the ever lasting agony?

The conspirers of the brutal attack are still living in this world without worry abt their next meal. What is the plan of action to make the victims relatives feel that the world is with them on this ill-fated date when their gruesome memories flap over any bliss remaining in their life?
